EssexWhen news broke that Zix had reached an agreement to purchase AppRiver, our partners around the world began reaching out to me and other member of our team. Most offered congratulations, but many also had questions about how the transaction will affect the partner-first philosophy that is at the heart of our company strategy.

Let me put those concerns to rest. One of the most valuable assets AppRiver brings to Zix is our 4,500-strong partner base. In fact, growing the channel was a stated strategic focus for Zix even before we began conversations about the purchase of AppRiver. We are well underway toward adding even more value in 2019. You’ll see that first as we roll out our new partner program over the next few weeks. Among the enhancements will be new partner levels with simplified pricing, Sales Qualified Leads for partners, tools to create new revenue streams, and many additional benefits. We aim to make your business better and give you the resources and training you need to grow and succeed.

We will also continue our outreach in the form of executive briefings, creation of new advisory councils, and an ongoing dialogue to hear your needs directly. Partner first means exactly that - building and delivering solutions that solve your customers’ needs.
