AppRiver's Phenomenal Care Team Has a Two-Time Microsoft MVP!

Congratulations to David Petree for his selection as a 2015 Microsoft® MVP Award winner!  This is David’s second consecutive year being recognized by Microsoft for his outstanding contributions in Office365 technical communities, a feat which is remarkable. David’s exceptional technical leadership skills and ability to deliver high quality, real world expertise with others are without a doubt what make him an MVP.  He is one of only 11 people in the United States to receive the 2015 Microsoft MVP Award for Office365, and one of 135 worldwide.

To date, AppRiver has successfully resolved 100 percent of the customer-facing support interactions for Office 365, which is in no doubt due to approximately one in ten AppRiver employees holding a Microsoft Certified IT Professional certificate. Training and certifications from Microsoft, CompTIA, and AppRiver University, are what allow AppRiver employees to be able to grow and assist customers on a phenomenal level.
