Some Databases failed to synchronize Address book
There are (2) most common causes for this error
1. A contact in Outlook is missing (first name, last name or company name)
2. A contact has invalid characters that the BlackBerry is unable to recognize ( ) # $ @ ! & % " - , ^ " ; '
1. Validate the Address book by adding the missing information to each of the erroneous Outlook contacts.
2. Remove invalid characters from Outlook contacts.
Distribution Group Contacts do not synchronize to the BlackBerry, and will also cause the error message to be displayed.
