Emergency Support

Open a support request and under Problem Category select an Emergency option. The request will be transferred to a customer care representative for immediate review.

Live Chat for Administrators

A live chat support option is available for network admins. However, for security reasons, you will need to log in through AppRiver's Customer Portal. Once in the portal, click on the "Help" drop down and then select "Chat with Tech Support".
