Mail Rule Security

Mail Rule Security enables administrator to bounce, copy, delete or forward emails with specific words that the company deems inappropriate or a security risk. The feature can be set up to screen the subject, body and header of email that passes through the system. The flexible rule setting provides more control over employee mail habits, produces less false positives and increases security.

Country Banning

Administrator can prevent email from specified countries from reaching their server. Banning most likely takes place when a company has no need for receiving email from that origin. This feature is also a good preventative measure to bear in mind when new viruses come out since banning can be created in real time. Banning unnecessary mail saves bandwidth and frees the server to perform better.

LDAP Mirroring

SecureTide™ can be connected directly to customer's LDAP server to receive automatic updates. This feature eliminates extra data entry and prevents email changes from slipping through the cracks.

SpamLab.net

SecureTide™ provides a one-stop interface for administrators to troubleshoot problems and proactively test their system. RBL tests, SMTP tests, DNS look-ups, log searches and MX look-ups can be accomplished directly from the Total Security system. This feature reduces the time spent researching problems and frees up resources to focus on profit producing measures.

Enhanced Log Search

Administrators can look at all logs that AppRiver received for their company, then look at all logs recorded internally by their own company to see if problem is coming from his own server or elsewhere.

Content Management Tools

The email content management features in SecureTide™ address the needs of businesses that are increasingly concerned about productivity, corporate privacy, legal liability and bandwidth consumption. Web-based tools enable tracking of key words and phrases in all addresses, headers, subject lines and message bodies, permitting identified emails to be blocked or re-directed to ensure corporate security and policy compliance.
