What services does AppRiver provide?

AppRiver provides SecureTide™, a spam and virus protection service, Message Sniffer™, an advanced pattern matching technology used by companies that build spam filtering services and appliances, and a Hosted Microsoft Exchange Service that uses our proprietary Customer Portal interface.

Can my company try an AppRiver service before we buy it?

Absolutely. In fact, we encourage you to sign up for a 30-day trial run of any service before billing begins. If you are not satisfied with the service, there is no obligation to continue at the end of the trial period.


How much do your services cost?

  • Pricing for SecureTide is determined by your company's mailbox count, and by the length of the service agreement. Contact us at sales@appriver.com for detailed pricing information.
  • Secure Exchange Hosting is $12.95 per user each month. The service includes SecureTide spam and virus protection and an easy to use control panel.
  • A subscription to Message Sniffer is available for $495 per year, including rule base and software updates. Renewals are also available at an annual rate.
