Although we are a much smaller company than three decades ago, we still know good technical service when we experience it. Our company first used automation provided by the airlines starting in 1977. Since that time we have had a myriad suppliers and service providers, and experienced the full range of customer service from simply horrid to very good. It is my contention that we are, by experience alone, qualified to judge sales and technical service.

The service that we have received from Appriver personnel over the last month is the zenith of customer service. Every single contact that we have had, from Theresa at the switchboard, to the sales department, and to the several technicians who have wrestled with helping solve our problems has been truly outstanding. They have been amazingly pleasant, very competent, incredibly patient, and professional in every way. They are the poster children for service excellence. Naming those who helped would be superfluous, since every single person has been so outstanding.

I learned of Appriver listening to some goofy commercials on Serius radio. I chose to make contact via the web, and learned that your services will save our small company significant dollars by eliminating service calls and no longer needed software protection programs. All that is in addition to the elimination of patently offensive spam reaching our employees.

My hat is off to you and your fine organization.
