Dear AppRiver,

I wanted to write and share my absolute enthusiasm for the support I received over the last two days. I own a small business and had outgrown my previous e-mail hosting system. I agonized about switching because I do so much international business that e-mail has become crucial to my daily operations. I worried about down time and I wanted a company I could trust to take care of me if things went wrong. More than just going through a checklist, I felt that Jeff and Fred genuinely cared about me and my company. Both of them were kind, courteous, highly competent, and willing to help at any time. I don't remember the last time I felt so secure with a new vendor and product! I am thrilled with the hosted exchange, the robust backups, the sync with my iPhone, and the phenomenal support.
